Amanda is a communications and behavior change strategist with over 15 years of experience leading digital initiatives across the humanitarian and development sectors. With a background in Behavioral Sciences and a Master’s in International Development, she crafts data-driven campaign strategies rooted in real audience insight.

She has worked with UN institutions and international organizations across nearly every country in Latin America, as well as in global hubs like Addis Ababa, Copenhagen, and New York — giving her a 360° view of how behavior change communications operate from field to HQ.

As head of communications for UNICEF’s Product Innovation Centre, Amanda developed strategies to help scale new innovations into new markets. She introduced clear messaging frameworks and digital storytelling approaches to accelerate adoption and investment.

Amanda has also helped organizations integrate AI-powered tools and real-time data into their research and communications, leading multi-country studies, social listening, and strategic campaigns for UNICEF, UN Women, and the World Food Programme. Her work spans vaccine uptake, digital education, gender equality, and advocacy strategy.

Santiago is a communications and behavior change strategist with extensive experience across political campaigns, the UN system, and the private sector. He has worked in nearly every country in Latin America, applying behavior design strategies to help causes, institutions, and products connect with the audiences that matter.

His career began in political communications in Argentina and Mexico, where he developed narrative strategies and managed media for major campaigns. He later brought this strategic mindset into the development and corporate space, co-founding The Self Lab in Europe to support NGOs and businesses in defining their identity and messaging. Santiago has led behavior change and awareness campaigns with UN Women, UNICEF, and other international organizations in Ecuador, Belize, Venezuela, and Argentina, blending data, cultural fluency, and sharp messaging to drive real impact.

Matías is a top-level digital strategist with deep expertise in behavior change, political marketing, and digital communications across Latin America. With a Master’s in Political Marketing and a degree in Social Communication, he has led strategy for presidential campaigns in Argentina, Bolivia, Guatemala, Ecuador, Panama, and Spain, and has brought this political insight into the UN, social, and private sectors.

As a consultant for UNICEF, UN Women, and Rain Barrel Communications, Matías has designed and executed digital strategies focused on behavior change in countries including Venezuela, South Africa, Belize, Ecuador, and Argentina. His work combines social listening, AI-driven audience mapping, and targeted digital advertising to build campaigns that resonate. Matías also trains future strategists as a professor of digital political communication across the Americas.

Sheila is a seasoned program director with over a decade of experience designing and managing large-scale, donor-funded initiatives across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. With a background in international development and deep expertise in capacity-building and knowledge management, she specializes in creating strategies that drive behavior change through digital tools, learning systems, and stakeholder engagement.

She has led complex, multi-country projects for NGOs and foundations, most recently at Partners of the Americas, where she oversaw $7+ million in program funding and managed a consortium spanning government, nonprofit, and academic partners. Known for her clarity, structure, and collaborative style, Sheila has built high-performing teams and delivered strong documentation and reporting frameworks for initiatives in agriculture, health, and economic development.
